1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using tuagenda.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, notifying you by email or through a notice on the platform.
2. Service Description
tuagenda.digital is an online scheduling platform that allows service businesses to manage appointments, clients, and communications. The service includes web scheduling, WhatsApp integration, AI agent, payment processing, and Google Calendar integrations, depending on the subscription plan.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, AI) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Free trials, when offered, do not require a payment method until the trial ends.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for illegal activities, send unsolicited messages or spam through WhatsApp or email integrations, attempt to access other users' data, resell or redistribute the service without authorization, or use the AI agent for purposes other than appointment scheduling.
5. Data and Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the platform (client information, appointments, business content). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned downtime for maintenance may occur and will be notified in advance when possible. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers (Supabase, Stripe, Google, OpenAI).
7. Limitation of Liability
tuagenda.digital is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
